Pete was born and raised right here in San Jose and is happy to still call San Jose his home. He is a father of 3 children and 5 cats. His hobbies include cooking, gardening, reading and supporting our own San Jose Sharks. He started in the home improvement industry as a teenager and has been in the same industry ever since. He is passionate about the beautification of your home and how it contributes to the beautification of the community. Greg has been a resident of San Jose for over 34 years. With vast experience in sales and installation, Greg would be more than happy to help you with your floor covering needs. When the surf’s up, Greg still goes to work. In his free time, you can find Greg playing guitar with his band at local venues or spending time with his wife and young son.

Robert has 35 years of extensive experience in the customer service field.  He works diligently with each customer to understand their lifestyle requirements and recommend the best flooring solution for their needs.  Robert’s focus is on top customer satisfaction and strives to build trust and lasting connections with all of his customers.  Robert was born and raised in San Jose and has three adult children ages 20-28.  He loves to hike and is an avid sports fan.

Karen Schwindt, Sales Consultant with Abbey Carpet & Floor, has been in the floor covering industry for more than 12 years. With a vast array of floor coverings to choose from, Karen works with clients to both educate them, and to help them select the best available product for their situation. Her approach is to treat every client honestly and fairly, and help them to get the most value for the money they spend. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Karen moved to california in 1965. In her spare time, Karen prepares her miniature wire-haired dachshunds for competition.
